Mail Signature links not working!

Within the admin area under CONFIGURATION > Genral Config. > Mail > Mail Signature [ ] I have the following as part of my signature...

 

My Company

Website: <URL>http://www.mydomain.com</URL>

Support: <URL>https://www.mydomain.com/clients</URL>

 

When the various emails are sent to customers the links within the signature do not work.

 

What am I doing wrong

What happens when you use standard html?

eg

[url="http://www.mydomain.com"]Website:[/url]
[url="http://www.mydomain.com/clients"]Support:[/url]

Works for me. What error are you getting?

the email recipient just gets the text so instead of an image gets <img src=... />

Iceman - sorry I'm trying to do it in my admin signature rather than the main signature. Can you try it there and see if it works?
