When manually entering a client

Hello,

When I manually enter a client into WHMCS I see that it does not send them thier new account information which includes his login info, The DNS that they need to use and other vital information. Where do I go to manually send this to them? Please Help.

When adding clients etc, always look for the options to tick that say send email on the various screens.

 

To send the reminders for a product, you goto the clients page and select the client>products and Services and scroll down to the bottom and you should find what you want to send in the drop down and click send
