Vans Posted March 29, 2011 Share Posted March 29, 2011 Hi, Since a week, i don't know why but i get a policy error 7045 when my whmcs try to order a new domain name. I have never got this problem in the past, the exact message is : Error: Invalid Aux Billing information. - Parameter value policy error - 7045 - The contact name contains a restricted word - your request is denied. If i order the domain manually in enom.. that work fine so why with automation modules that don't work now ?! Please need your help. bryansxviper Posted April 7, 2011 Share Posted April 7, 2011 found a solution, my enom account settings were wrong. For my first name and last name contact details, it had my company name in it instead of my name. For .CA names you have to put your own first name and last name, not your company name.
