Stop support notifciations going to Master Account

Look at client his profile there his email

 

if you tell your client to have support@hisdomain to spilt into two

 

sends to his name

sends to his mates name

 

two other ways auto responder

 

you can change this by admin > My account

 

thats if your employee wants to change it.

Actually its not my employee. Its the employee of my "client". I have setup a "Master Account" in WMHCS for my client and a "Sub Account" in WHMCS for my clients employee. The only person who will be contacting me in regards to support tickets will be the "Sub Account" holder.

 

Can I turn off support ticket notifications for this one particular "Master Account"?
