Module Command Error - Sorry, a DNS entry for domainname.com already exists...

Hi,

 

I have a domain name already registered through WHMCS but when it comes to creating the hosting account, it prompts me the following error (after I hit the 'Create' button):

 

Module Command Error

Sorry, a DNS entry for domainname.com already exists, please delete it first (from all servers in the dns cluster)

 

May I know how can I resolve this error?

Delete the domain from the DNS cluster or your server and try again. Basically the error is saying that the domain already exists in the name server records so it can't recreate it...

Thank you for the advice. But I can't find a way to delete the DNS Cluster.. may I know where can I find this option?

You don't delete the cluster, you delete the record. Within WHM simply select Delete DNS zone and then find and delete the zone you wish to remove.
