Billing with 2CO in WHMCS incident

Hi all,

I'm in a bit of a pickle with orders going through my WHMCS.

Here is the scenario.

A product of mine costs $6.99 USD

The client can select one of several currencies and in this case he chose NZD bringing the total to $8.48NZD

The client then proceded to pay through 2CO and they charged him $8.48USD not NZD

WHMCS reported back that I had recieved the $6.99USD (minus the merchant fees) and all invoices show a total amount of $8.48NZD to the client.

What's strange is that everything in WHMCS seems fine. 2CO said its WHMCS at fault and the customer has been overcharged.

Can any body shed any light on this?

Thanks in advance.

Nic

Just a thought, but could it be because I have enabled several currencies within WHMCS, therefore when a client chooses a different currency than my main currency in 2CO (USD) that regardless of the currency they chose on my billing page, 2CO sees that amount as USD?

Ok thanks James. I just set the " Convert To For Processing " parameter to USD.

I guess that was the cause!?

Ya, 2CO will assume the currency based on what you set as the 'Pricing Currency' at 2CO. So you need to have WHMCS convert it for processing.
