ehm Posted March 14, 2011 Share Posted March 14, 2011 I changed the IP number on my server few days ago. I went to my domain provider, Enom, and changed the IP number there. Then I noticed that the Sync Report email I'm receive every day from WHMCS software was giving error to every single domain I have: Error for xxxxxx.com: Invalid client IP: nnn.nnn.nnn.nnn I try to change the DNS server on the DOMAIN page for one of my clients and the WHMCS software is giving this error: Nameserver Change Failed User not permitted from this IP address - 4 I already checked Enon and all seams to be good there. Did you actually submit a ticket, asking them to add your new IP address for API access?
