lujure Posted March 10, 2011 Share Posted March 10, 2011 Every time that a new invoice is automatically generated for a customers monthly service, it cannot be automatically captured. Every time we go in and look at the invoice and click "attempt capture" it says "Capture Error, The capture was not successful. Check the gateway log for the full response." We check the gateway log and there isn't even an entry about the capture. When we then go to the customers billing information link, it says the last 4 card number and card type, but when we enter the hash the fields all return blank results. We have used the same config.php file all along and are pretty positive the security hash is the same. Any ideas why the card information is not showing up??
