Knyteguy Posted March 3, 2011 Share Posted March 3, 2011 Hello, After pulling my hair out for the last 20 minutes, I have decided that this might be the best place to ask. I have an product addon that is a $200.00 one time fee. I am trying to setup a promotion to waive this fee, but absolutely no amount of configuring is working. I have it selected as applies to: addon product name, requires nothing, and no checkboxes checked at the bottom; it still is not working. I have tried to make the addon fee a setup fee, instead of recurring... also not working (with free setup fee).
