breadcrumb not working in custom page

for some reason the breadcrumb is not working in my custom client area page. here is the .php. any ideas? thank you

if anyone runs into this, here is the resolution from WHMCS support:

 

The initialiseClientArea function you are calling is incorrect, please see http://docs.whmcs.com/Creating_Pages

 

It should show:

initialiseClientArea($pagetitle,'',$breadcrumbnav);
