Add custom field in Domain Admin Contact

Hello,

 

I need to add a custom field in new Domain Admin Contact form that customer can fills on checkout.

 

I have added new field into mysql tblcontacts table and related imput text field into /templates/orderform/default/viewcart.tpl but no data saved on db.

 

From admin area I can add custom fields in products or clients tabs but I need a new field only for Domain Contacs....

 

Can you help me, please?
