I need an action hook placed in AfterShoppingCartCheckout to cause a flat fee and a percent fee to be added to the customers final bill before he pays. My need is subject to only one product category. Normally, I would simply reference a php function already in existence in whmcs (such as a tax function), but the php functions are encoded with ioncube. I would prefer to not pay someone to decode a couple pages so I can figure this out.
