mh-p
When working in various areas the system puts in random email addresses automaticially, sometimes these addresses are elsewhere on my computer but have never been entered into the system. I sent three tickets to myself to test. The central bar in the Admin Page says they're there and when I go to the Ticket Section the left hand column says they are there but there's nothing in the list. If I open the Search/Filter tab there's a random email address showing which I can change but cannot remove. Can anyone throw any light on this?
openmind
Sounds like your browser automatically filling in the fields. Have you tried an alternative browser as it's not WHMCS?

openmind
OK have you tried another browser such as say Chrome?
mh-p
I haven't tried Chrome but I have gone back to the dreaded IE and it's solved the problem. Is this just me or is it a known issue with Firefox?
openmind
It confirms it's the browser pre-filling the fields so not a WHMCS problem. Try clearing out the save information in FF.

mh-p
I solved this issue with a re-install using forced binary. Kind regards Mike
