Auto Forward for language

Hello,

 

I have 2 language website. I wnat that but i cant it.

 

If Spanish customer enter my website, must forward to ?language=Spanish

If German customer enter my website, must forward to ?language=German

If other country customers enter my website, must forward to ?language=English

 

How can i auto forward for browser's language?
