Deekman Posted February 9, 2011 Share Posted February 9, 2011 I'm not sure if this is a bug but when listing all active tickets by clients it is only showing tickets flagged to the logged in user and the ones that aren't flagged to anyone. In the older version when you searched by client it listed all tickets regardless of who they were flagged to. WHMCS CEO Matt Posted February 12, 2011 WHMCS CEO Share Posted February 12, 2011 Just to clarify, when tickets are flagged to another admin, they don't show up to your admin user unless you have the View Flagged Tickets admin role permission enabled. But for the next release we will be modifying that to still allow you to still see the flagged tickets title in the full list of tickets for that client, just not actually open and read it.
