Dgital Essence
Hi, I am having a "little bit" of trouble with promotions and seek some advice. I have 3 hosting packages and each has a different monthly price depending on the billing cycle. ie For my home package: Monthly: £6.50 Quarterly: £17.97 Annually: £59.88 What I am looking to do is offer the first 3 months hosting at 99p per month on all these options. I understand that I will need to set the promotion as a percentage, but does this mean I will have to create 3 promotions for each package so the percentage works out correctly depending on their billing cycle? This will end up with 9 different promotion codes. Also, how do I set the recurrence? On the monthly billing it would be 3 but on the others do I need to set it to once and then take deduct 99p * 3 from the total as a percentage? Thanks. nabil
The monthly and annual can be done with two promotion codes and setting the recurrence to 3 or 1 - you can use either % or £. The problem you've got is annual. As the next payment is due in a year, not in 3 months. how will you charge them?
