Fernis Posted April 29, 2007 Share Posted April 29, 2007 I have had several complaints by clients that indicated to me that the Suppot ans Sales link categories were hard to find in order to submit a ticket. These links should be more noticible to improve user freidnliness. The font size should either be increased or they need to be some sort of an icon link. The text that I am referring to in the client area is listed below. If you can't find a solution to your problems in our knowledgebase, you can submit a ticket by selecting the appropriate department below. Support Sales Also the "Submit Ticket" link in a different area of the client interface should also be made more noticiable. The text for this area can also be found below. » My Support Tickets The support ticket system allows us to respond to your problems and enquiries as quickly as possible. Dominic Posted April 29, 2007 Share Posted April 29, 2007 Look in the templates directory and you'll see some .tpl files. I looked at those files, but I still can't figure out how to change the font size of those particular links that I highlighted in red.
