BenN
Hi everyone, At the moment you can set how many accounts per server through the Setup > Servers option. But is it possible to assign different values depending on the package? Basically if someone buys an S plan it counts as 1 towards the server usage. An M plan counts as 2, L as 3, etc. From what I can tell this isn't possible, or am I missing the options somewhere? If this isn't possible and there's an addon for this please show me where. I couldn't find anything when I looked earlier. Thanks, Ben
m8internet
Not as far as I am aware The idea behind account numbers is to limit this if you only want so many customers on each server You can then monitor the available capacity within the relevant control panel, for cpanel this is within WHM
BenN
Yeah, I understand why it works how it does but I was wondering if it was possible. Basically these plans will be based on fixed limits (which will be reserved to the client) similar to VPSs so I was wondering if it was possible.
m8internet
I searched that a few weeks ago, nothing I therefore set the account limit to the maximum number of large packages As customers are added I amend that limit every week I then allow a further 8% just in case any customers need to upgrade as their websites grow, to avoid having to move their account to a new server
BenN
That's a shame, I'll have to take a look see if I can fix up something to do this.
