Knyteguy
Hello, I've offered to register a domain for one of my clients. I've tried to register it under her account with a special coupon I made for myself through the admin area->orders->add new order (and choosing her account through the drop down). It lists the domain as ordered, but it never went through to my registrar. How can I go about registering this through the admin area, so it will also go through to my registrar?
Knyteguy
Alternatively, how can I just register a domain under my client's current account without logging into their WHMCS account?
Knyteguy
Ok I figured it out. To do what I stated (register a domain for a client), you have to set the domain order as pending, and then you can send it to the registrar. --- http://www.PlusWebHost.com/
reddexdesign
Just go to client's account in WHMCS and click on domains. Click on 'register new domain' Thanks, James
