"Department Not Found" ???

I have a problem..

 

I create o new Support Department:

- Department Name: Suporte

- Description: Testando Tickets

- Email Address: ticket2@mydomain.com

 

I create a Forwarder:

ticket2@mydomain.com >> | php -q /home/mydomain/public_html/mydir/pipe/pipe.php

 

I send a email to ticket2@mydomain.com, and I receive:

And in "Ticket Mail Import Log", I see the email that I has send, with Status = "Department Not Found".

 

Where is the error or problem???? :-(

If you definately entered ticket2@hospedaclick.com as the email address for the support department then it should be working. Open a ticket if it's not and we'll take a look.

Was this issue resolved? If so, how?

 

VERY same thing happened to me today after it had been working fine... have 3 support departments and suddenly all 3 are "not found"
