Automatically opening a ticket upon addon purchase?

Its hard to keep track when a client orders an addon such as an IP address or a license to WHMCS. I'd like to make it so that when a client orders an addon, whether it be during the main checkout process or later on, an automatic ticket will open under their account so that the staff can see exactly what they've ordered and set it up right away.

 

How hard would it be to implement this?

It's not hard to read the New Order Notification. However, I would like a method so that both the staff and clients can communicate more easily and keep track of the process (for example, after a client orders a WHMCS license I need info such as their desired installation details).

I agree, this would be a great facility.

 

It would provide much more than an order notification does.
