Zash Posted January 27, 2011 Share Posted January 27, 2011 Its hard to keep track when a client orders an addon such as an IP address or a license to WHMCS. I'd like to make it so that when a client orders an addon, whether it be during the main checkout process or later on, an automatic ticket will open under their account so that the staff can see exactly what they've ordered and set it up right away.
