gold1234
Hi All, Currently we are using 2 seperate accounts/businesses for WHMCS, it runs well for billing and client management. One thing it is lacking... is a way to deal with accounts. My accountant has requested i purchase SAGE accounting software. Does this mean we would need to update SAGE everytime an invoice has been paid, generated, overdue. Do we need to copy customer details to SAGE over and over? Isn't there an easier way? Please advise on what to do. Currently everything is done manually, so printing invoices, doing calculations etc... as a technical/web development business i'm sure there must be an easier way. Other than developing our own accounting platform to integrate with WHMCS. Time = Money.
railto
there are alternatives, one which is KashFlow which integrates directly to WHMCS and can pull all the information, it also marks invoices as paid etc etc. Might want to have a look at that

I am not aware of any integrated software with WHMCS that works with Sage, so manual processing will be required Just be aware that (PayPal) fees are deducted from the payment summaries in WHMCS, so providing you are entering the invoices and amounts paid, this will be enough There shouldn't be any need to print invoices The end of month summary should be enough (varies by country) These can then be matched against your bank account, again printed on a monthly basis
