How to see custome fields in support tickets

I stil do not know how to make it so that in a support ticket email

I can see all the custom fields I made in support form

 

right now I need to login to whmcs and click " custom fields " to view them

the custom fields are not sent by email:(

 

They don't go through email. You can see the custom fields if you login as a client and open a ticket. As admin you'll see them when you click on Custom Fields on the ticket reply.
