networkegypt Posted April 26, 2007 Share Posted April 26, 2007 If Any one send a ticket to our support email but the support email is on the CC or have other emails in the TO the message don`t apear in the Ticket system. For example if some one mail support(at)networkegypt.com and in the TO he included also his email to be customeremail@hisdomain.com;support(at)networkegypt.com the ticket system never see it 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
