generic
What does the "Delete Saved Emails" in the system clean up do. Does it remove the saved emails that my clients see in their user area? Or does it just empty the "SYSTEM EMAIL LOG" I just dont want to delete all the emails my clients have received from me so that they can refer back to them for user names, etc at a later date. thanks in advance.
WHMCS CEO Matt Posted April 26, 2007 WHMCS CEO Share Posted April 26, 2007 Yes, it will delete the emails that your clients see in their user area, and that you see in the system email log in the admin area. They are the same emails.
trine
Matt, out of curiosity, how does the log system perform with heavy load? We have quite a few users and was wondering if the logs are still efficient over time with thousand and thousands of entries. I guess, what I am after, these logs are only being queried with INSERT and SELECT where userid=xx ... but there is a PRIMARY index on id. Won't this affect performance with large log files? And lastly, is it possible to only send emails in Plain Text... or did I miss something?
