Xeron Posted January 13, 2011 Share Posted January 13, 2011 I'm looking for a solutions what can do: Just like normal: 1 Client sends e-mail 2 Ticket made and operator notified 3 Operator reply's by e-mail now when the e-mail would be imported in the whmcs ticket system as reply, I would like to have the content of the e-mail scanned and replace words when they are used.
