Nathan123
Hi, I'm having problems registering .uk domains (automatically and manually) using whmcs and enom. Can anyone else register .uk domains sucessfully using whmcs and enom? Nathan
CSNM-Carl
Hi Nathan, What problems are you having? Any errors? In your reports section at Enom for "Transactions" what does it say? Regards, Carl
Nathan123
Hi, Carl There's no error messages at enom. .uk domains appear to register sucessfully but really they don't. This is from the activity log at whmcs: Automatic Domain Registration Failed (thisisatest50.co.uk) - Extended attribute: uk_legal_type is required. Even when entering the legal type through whmcs admin I get a registration sucessful message but it still doesn't register. Nathan
CSNM-Carl
Too be honest, Enom handles .uk very badly - we use Enom with AWBS for domain registrations and it's a total pain with .uk. If you go into your Enom account, "Reports" > "View Orders" > "View Report". For the domain order that is failing does it have "Invalid Domain Contacts"? We have had this most of the week with AWBS, but if we do it manually it goes through.... Although they seems to be an issue with .uk at Enom at the moment, as I can't register any .uk domains manually.
Nathan123
Hi, Carl Yes, that's correct I do get Invalid Domain Contacts: thisisatest50.co.uk - Register 2 - Invalid Domain Contacts - Not billed I guess there's not much that can be done at this time?
