lexfrost
When a customer adds a Domain and then adds hosting to that domain and then checks out via Paypal .... when the customer gets to the Paypal page it shows the "Hosting Subscription" only and then when the customer completes the paypal checkout it redirects the customer back to my whmcs and shows him an unpaid balance of what the domain costs. When the customer clicks on the invoice, it brings him to the paypal site again to purchase the "hosting subscription" again and not the domain. How can I set it up so that paypal accepts both the subscription for the hosting and for the domain??? Thank you!
lexfrost
I filed a ticket and here is the fix in case anyone else has this issue. This is happening because you have the Modify Subscriptions option enabled in Setup > Payment Gateways. You can't enable that when you need to use trial periods as PayPal ignores any trial periods with that setting enabled for some reason (out of our control) and that's how the domain part of the order is paid for on a subscription.

Thanks, I was having the same issue and was just about to send a ticket Does anyone know if it is possible to go straight to the credit card payment option in Paypal and avoid the login page which I'm sure just confuses people that don't have a paypal account (90% of my customers) Cheers
