[NOT A BUG] Menu jscript is missing from tpl

My downloaded 4.4.1 copy from client area had a missing line in header.tpl of v4 admin template:

There is no

This is intentional. adminmenu.js was removed in the latest version so nothing is missing.

Without that file menu being displayed as a non formatted html list.

This is intentional, too?

Nope you must have forgot to upload some of the new files. Try a full reupload, and remember if you've customised your admin folder to upload the new admin files there and not just the default /admin/ location.
