bbhost
Hello, I have found that whenever a client creates a new account and they use capitalization in the domain name (i.e. TheDomain.com) it creates a username with a capitalization (i.e. TheDoma). This then causes issues communicating with WHM as it only users lower case, therefore I'm not able to manage my accounts through WHMCS. Any thoughts on how to get around this?
WHMCS CEO Matt Posted December 24, 2010 WHMCS CEO Share Posted December 24, 2010 Any domain input from the client side should be transformed to lowercase automatically. Where is the domain being input to cause this? Matt

Matt It is being added in the checkout cart, could there be something missing in the domain form field?
