Product Issues - Cancellation Issues

Hi

 

I had the previous version of WHMCS before the latest stable v4.4 was introduced. I did everything it told me to do on how to upgrade my previous version. All went well.

 

However, now that I’ve got to use it more, I have noticed some problems:

 

• When somebody registers a product (cPanel) and the settings are on auto accept once the product order has been placed. It will create the account in my WHM but the password is always incorrect. I have to manually change the password or just click “Change password” in the order overview.

 

• When somebody submits a cancellation request, the following appears in a yellow box: Cancellation Request Notice

A cancellation request exists for this item and so it will not be invoiced when due

 

When I then click on “Terminate” in the product/service overview, it will then state the same message at the top. It will actually terminate the account in WHM but the status remains as “Active” and there is no confirmation that it was terminate.

 

Could anybody help me please?
