E-mail POP3 Import issues

I'm trying to get the /whmcs/pipe/pop.php to run, which it does, but I get the following error:

 

POP Import Log

Date: 21/04/2007 12:00:11<hr>Host: mail.mysite.com

Email: e-mail@address.com

Authentication Failed<hr>

I know that I entered the information correctly.

I modified it several times just in case.

 

I created the e-mail account in cPanel. I can access the e-mail from cPanel, mail2web.com and from a roundcube installation.

 

Another quick question, if I choose cPanel server and put a name in WHM Package Name, do I put myWHMusername_packageName or just packageName?

Okay,

I was able to get it to work (with the e-mail forwarding instead of pop3), but I have some other problems...

When I e-mailed a reply to the ticket, it didn't e-mail me that there was a reply until 4 hours later. Also, the reply wasn't added into the database.
