Our old ticket system (osticket) added the ticket to the according queue based on the incoming account. So e.g. when i get an email in my inbox i drag and drop it into that according account of the ticket system and then the ticket for the customer is created. WHMCS seems to work that way, that it creates the ticket based on the email the ticket was sent ... Any infos on this issue ?
