GGWH-James
As can be seen, the left column indicates that I have one flagged ticket. I do, but when I click "Flagged Tickets (#)", I am presented with the page as displayed in the attached. Whether it matters or not, the ticket in question currently has a custom status.
uberhost
This will sound like a silly question if you're the only person with access to the WHMCS backend, but could the ticket be flagged for someone else on your team?
GGWH-James
I do not usually have tickets flagged to me, other admins and operators do though. However, if I see that there is a ticket(s) flagged to me in that list, the expected result when clicking the link would be to see that same number of tickets on the resultant page; no? __EDIT__ If you were meaning that there is only one ticket in our system flagged to a particular admin/operator, no. We have somewhat more which are flagged for specific admins/operators. Edited December 20, 2010 by GGWH-James
