blymp Posted December 15, 2010 Share Posted December 15, 2010 Hi, I have setup a administrator which was not assigned to any departments but in the administrator role group that this administrator was included is set to: List Support Tickets and Open New Ticket. So if this administrator tries to open a ticket to someone, the ticket gets created but not assigned to any department since the administrator wasn't assigned to any department, so the ticket gets counted but doesn't appear, it remains lost (because wasn't created in any department) No permission: Ticket creation without department: Ticket created with access denied message, but see the count on the side bar: Ticket in the database: Thanks. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
