[FIXED] Innactive Custon Ticket Status's Showing As Active

I've created a custom ticket status that I want to behave just like the "closed" status called "completed" I've unchecked all the boxes as seen here:

but tickets under this status are still showing up in the client area home page (clientarea.php) under "Open Support Tickets"

Above are the settings for the custom "completed" ticket status and here is a ticket assigned to a client with the status set to "completed" on the clientarea.php page:

Shouldn't that ticket not be showing up since it is not set to active?
