Hello guys.

 

Assuming I have enabled Paypal only payment gateway (non-merchant) and enabled Maxmind fraud protection. I would like to know more about the following:

 

1. Does WHMCS proceed with fraud checks if the payment method used by the client is Paypal only (non-merchant gateway)?

2. Does fraud checking takes place if I am using API to add client and add order functions only?

3. To what exact point of API function does the fraud checking took place.
