Able to call some PHP functions after processing payment?

I would like to use WHMCS as an billing and support system for a customized web based subscription service.

 

Can you tell me if the following is possible?

 

1. User will get a monthly subscription, during the account creation, their account validity on the server is set to month later.

 

2. Using an paypal subscription, at the end of each month, an automatic billing will trigger. if it succeeds in processing the payment, user's validity will be extended for another month.

 

3. If User cancel the subscription service, at the end of the month, his account will be cancelled.

 

I realize the easiest way is to call some php functions are specific moments, like "payment processed" moment.
