mydedis
Hi, I activated the Moneybookers payment gateway and it works fine. I have filled in all the details: - Merchant Email - Secret Word I have a merchant account at Moneybookers. The problem is that I do not receive payments notifications to my Merchant email. The invoice is correctly marked as PAID in WHMCS. I contacted Moneybookers about this and here's they reply: Please be kindly advised that in order to receive notifications after a payment was made on the gateway in your website you need to set up STATUS URL . We have notices that you have already done so please set STATUS URL 2 to be an e-mail address to which you will receive the notifications. Further information and the Gateway Manual can be found here: http://www.moneybookers.com/merchant/en/moneybookers_gateway_manual.pdf Payment integration page: http://www.moneybookers.com/app/test_payment.pl Then I opened a ticket to WHMCS with this information and here's what they replied: Unfortunately it is not possible to setup a status url 2 in the module in WHMCS. Moneybookers should surely have an option in their account to notify you if you get paid. So I asked Moneybookers if there was any way around this status url 2, but here's again another cryptic reply: Please be kindly advised that we are successfully sending notifications to:https://mydedis.com/clients/modules/gateways/callback/moneybookers.php Please note that you need to set the STATUS URL 2 from our Payment integration page: http://www.moneybookers.com/app/test_payment.pl. The ready HTML code with the set Status URL and Status URL 2 you should integrate in to your WHMCS shopping platform. So is anyone using Moneybookers+whmcs and receives email notifications about payments? If so, how? Thanks
basic
Hi ! Have you solved the problem? We also use Moneybookers for Euro payments, but since over two month WHMCS has stopped to mark incoming payments there ... since we upgraded to 4.2, I believe. So, not just no emails, also not working anymore in WHMCS. Same true in your case? Thanks. John
mydedis
Invoices are marked as paid correctly. I just don't receive any email notifications. Do you have a Moneybookers merchant account?
basic
Yes, we do have a Moneybookers merchant account. Our WHMCS version is actually 4.3.1, made a mistake there earlier. Thanks. John
