DigitalEnigma Posted December 4, 2010 Share Posted December 4, 2010 (edited) Hi, We have an issue with the GlobalSign module where a customer has ordered an OrganizationSSL I can see in the database it has linked an order in the GlobalSign backend however logging into the GLobalSign backend shoes no such order. When the client comes to configure the SSL after selecting the approver email and submitting they are returned the error below: -105 - ProductCode is not valid. I logged a ticket with GlobalSign and got a reply from them within an hour with the following: Unfortunately from the error code you have given this sounds like WHMCS have entered the product template wrong. You will need to contact them and tell them of the error code you see. Check with them that “ProductCode =OV” has been entered correctly.
