Account Creation on Wrong Server

I don't know what's happening, but WHMCS is creating accounts on wrong server, whereas all entries are correct, server group, server etc.

While creating them automatically after manual accepting the error it throws:

Server Command Error - Curl Error - Couldn't connect to host (7)

Then when I manually press create under the client's product list it creates the account but on wrong server, server that is in different group.

I found some reference at Server Command Error - Curl Error - Couldn't resolve host (6)

Server Command Error - Curl Error - Couldn't resolve host (6)

This error message indicates that you don't have a server selected for the account to be setup on. Check you have a default server set in Setup > Servers and that a server is selected on the account that you are trying to setup.

I have double checked and all entries are correct, serves are online, WHMCS can connect to them, every thing seems to be fine.

Any ideas what more I can test/diagnose to fix this issue.

PS: This is happening for one server group that is for resellers, while on other it's working fine, server module for both servers is cPanel.

IP of the server where WHMCS is installed is whitelisted on all servers.

In the ADD/Edit server section, it has two fields, Hostname and IP Address, you mean I should use IP address in both the fields.

Any why should WHMCS create account on other server that is not even there in the server group.
