Limiting 1 Free account per customer

Unfortunately not, i put in a support ticket for this issue and they said it was not possible. The only other option i can suggest is to make it so you approve the free hosting account before it's setup and then you can tell whether or not they have signed up for another one....

 

Hopefully WHMCS will set some type of option in new release

"Only 1 product/service per customer"

A quick n dirty workaround could be this,

 

You can setup a price, for example 1$ and then inform the clients

that they should enter a coupon to get it free.

 

From the Admin Area you can create a coupon (promotion) and check the checkbox:

Apply Once / Client: Apply only once per client globally.

This is something that has been on my mind for ages and I am ashamed I never even thought about doing that with the setup fee.
