Help Needed - Automatic Account Creation (Email Problem)

Hey, I have a pretty big problem.

 

Once someone has paid for the hosting, it sets the account up but does not send them the account information (username, password, links to cpanel) - So I have to manually find the new account information and email it to them, How do I make it so it automatically sends them the account information (username, password, links to cpanel) after payment is recieved, it currently just sets up the account and doesn't send any emails.

 

It does send all other emails though, such as invoice recieved.

 

If it is a free plan then it will set it up and send the customer the account information as soon as they register it.

 

(I am using WHMCS to setup accounts in WHM and accept money through a paypal gateway)

I went to setup > Products/Services and selected the product, there is no details page. I looked through all the settings and cannot seem to find anything to do with sending an email with account information. Could you figure this out for me and give me steps on how to fix it please. Many thanks.

It's the first tab. There's a drop-down box where you select which email to send.

Thanks for helping me realise that, I seemed to have remembered it when setting up the free plans .
