Working with Billable Items on Product/Module creation and deletion

Hi Guys,

 

I am new to WHMCS and wanted to throw a question out there about product and billable items management.

 

WHMCS currently does not offer daily billing cycles for products (directly against products, a billable item needs to be created for daily billing) - and i need daily billing for my business purposes.

 

So I have been looking into creating a new billable item everytime a new product is purchased from the WHMCS system. I have been looking into the Hooks system but am a little lost as to how everything ties together.

 

in addition, I will need to be able to automatically remove a billable item (in the event of a cancellation), but cannot see any entries in the API documentation on removing a billable module.

 

Any Ideas, thoughts?
