Automatically Renewal account when a paypal subscription has been renewed?

I am creating a Server/Provisioning Module that includes: CreateAccount, ChangePassword, RenewalAccount. All buttons are work fine. The payment method for product/service is monthly paypal subscription. And I want to Renewal account automatically when a subscription has been renewed. Can I do that and how to do that?

I choose: "Automatically setup the product as soon as the first payment is received" option in Products/Services Module Settings.

The first payment are OK, product are setup automatically.

The questions are: What will happen when a paypal payment has been renewed at next month? Will product be renew automatically? If it will not be that, how to make it done automatically?
