Unknown error occured on cpanel account creation

Hello,

I created a client and manually added a hosting package. From clientshosting.php under "Server Commands" I select "Create" and get the error:

Server Command Error

An Unknown Error Occurred

If anyone has ideas on how to troubleshoot this I would appreciate it.

Also, I requested support through the panel but the ticket was not created; I received an email saying that the email address I entered was not found in our system. I'm not certain if this is a problem with my hosting provider or whmcs. Either way, the following debug information is what appears when I do attempt to create a ticket.

Thanks for your time.

Hi,

You appear to be running a very old version of WHMCS there. Since that was released, cpanel have changed their API, and so what you're seeing here is an error occuring that didn't exist back when the version you're running was released (hence unknown). Not only that but other changes in cpanel could mean that version isn't compatable at all with the latest cpanel versions so you will probably need to upgrade to resolve this.
