The product has lot's of features. the few questions i have is

 

1 Initially i want to go for monthly package, how will it work either as a sub domain, or i need to setup according to my template and customize it. and if customize & don't renew after few months what happens?

 

2.Can we do bulk mailing to unregistered users.

 

3 Can the domain control panel integrate with direct i.

 

4 Can the packages or offers be displayed either in column or in row.

1. Regardless of how you customize your hosting package(s). If client does not renew. The parameters you set in the Admins general setup screens for suspension and termination will take effect. I don't do sub-domains so I can not answer that.

2. No

3. Yes (ResellerClub/DirectI)

4. You can customize the homepage.tpl file to display your products how ever you wish. That's the purpose of WHMCS using Smarty Templates. Separate the business back end from the display side. So you can change your site as you wish. Also just remembered that more than one order form is available with WHMCS which will display your products differently.
