Payment Options?

I have been searching around with no luck on this, so decided to ask. Is there a way to extend the payment options for a product in WHMCS.

 

I would like to be able to setup an initial cost (setup fee) that say will then cover the cost for the first 12 months, then after the 12 months clients would then be charged a monthly billing cycle.

 

Is this possible? Happy to develop it or have it developed.
