canuckhost
Hello, As far as I can tell, I have the correct entries in WHMCS for our HELM server but no matter what I try, when click the gray "HELM" button which I expect should log me in to the server I get an HTTP 405 - Resource not allowed Internet Information Services. Can anyone shed light on this? Cheers, canuckhost
canuckhost
A bit more information on this issue... It appears that when I use the "HELM" module that no login info is being "passed". When I (for testing purposes) try the HELM 4 module, login credentials are being passed. To clarify, we are trying to connect to a HELM 3.2 server. Anyone?? canuckhost
canuckhost
OK, we've discovered that clicking the grey "HELM" button on the "Servers" page will not log you into HELM like it doesn't with Plesk, etc. However, the HELM module does work perfectly when you add a product etc. canuckhost
