Package: One off payment and recurring with free domain name

Hi,

 

I am sure this is simple but it had me stumped last night and I would appreciate some thoughts on how to set up a hosting package where it costs £199 to set up but the recurring fee is only £71 and there is a free domain name (.co.uk only) included.

 

This is for a £199 website package that includes a one page site and a years hosting with free .co.uk domain name.

 

I tried every setting I could think of last night but it wasn't having any of it.

 

In addition to this, I put through a test order and got to the invoice section where I would have gone off to the payment gateway but I decided to not purchase that item. As a customer, how can they cancel an invoice/checkout session?

Ok, I think I have it working but I am not sure if this is the most elegant way of doing this?
